What is ENT360?

ENT360 is a health care service dedicated to treating ailments of Ear, Nose, Throat. Our doctor(s) also offer quality treatment and care of Head and Neck Cancers, Skull Base Tumors and Maxillofacial Trauma. Please enquire regarding further details here.

What are your clinic hours?

Our clinic hours are 11 am to 7 pm in the evening.
However, in view of patient safety during COVID pandemic, we screen our patients on a text message and offer a telephonic consultation service. Please click the whatsapp icon on the screen or leave a message for an appointment here.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You can call or message at +91 997 157 2286 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our clinic coordinator will confirm your appointment with you on the morning of the appointment, please convey if you are experiencing any delays or want to switch appointment slots.

Are your services covered by insurance?

We have started the process of empanelment with several insurance companies. The list will be updated here shortly. Till then we accept payment for services by UPI transfers, bank transfers, transfers via BHIM app, PayTM, Google Pay. Cash payments are accepted for in-clinic visits only.

We provide signed and sealed receipts for all patients. These can be used by the patient for reimbursements.

What types of diagnostic testing are done at ENT360?
What do I need to know about different types of diagnostic tests performed at ENT360?

All diagnostic tests are performed only if necessary after a detailed history and physical examination of the patient.
The steps of the test/procedure and the risks involved are first explained in detail by the doctor in a language understood by the patient and an informed consent is taken from the patient and a family member prior to the procedure.
Some tests or procedures may require special preparations that will be informed to the patient and family prior to planning it.
